Work Environment\n

This position is offered as a full-time, remote role, allowing you to provide high-quality mental health support from the comfort of your own workspace while still engaging with patients effectively. However, you will also have the option to visit our outpatient office as needed for in-person sessions, ensuring a blend of flexibility and accessibility. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to meet the demands of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological states, facilitating accurate diagnoses and treatment approaches.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the specific needs identified during assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy in individual and group settings.

• Lead therapeutic sessions aimed at fostering emotional resilience, personal growth, and enhanced coping strategies for clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and cross-disciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic and integrated care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, facilitating informed decisions about their care.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment modalities, particularly trauma-informed care.

• Proficient in conducting thorough mental health evaluations and developing effective treatment plans.

• Experience in providing therapeutic services to both individuals and groups, utilizing a range of therapeutic methodologies.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, demonstrating an ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport with clients and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
