Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet diverse client needs.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community connections and provide shared learning experiences among clients facing similar challenges.

• Engage in regular case consults with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Maintain rigorous documentation practices, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while preserving client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Mental Health Counseling (LPC) from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Strong working knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and treatment strategies.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly with diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated critical thinking, sound judgment, and adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and related documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas, such as addiction counseling or trauma-informed care, are preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
