Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, focusing on building strong alliances while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss treatment progress, update their stability status, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine initial client needs and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping by maintaining up-to-date documentation and progress notes, which comply with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPC will work primarily with a diverse group of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. By customizing treatment approaches, the LPC will effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns within an outpatient setting. You will be instrumental in guiding clients toward recovery and improved emotional wellness, ensuring that their voice and experiences remain central to their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• Strong proficiency in using technology, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and email platforms such as Outlook.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure is based on a Fee-for-Service model, with guaranteed rates that ensure you are paid ahead of collections, allowing for stability and financial security.
