Business Development Manager

The Role Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award within the Facilities Management sector. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and generate new revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, real estate professionals, and key decision-makers. Identify opportunities for hard and soft FM services, including maintenance, engineering, cleaning, and workplace solutions. Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bid responses tailored to client requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure successful service delivery and long term client retention. About You To be successful in this Business Development Manager role, you'll bring: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of B2B business development or outside sales experience. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills. A proactive, target-driven approach with a proven track record of winning new business. What's in it for you?
