This role allows you to work remotely within a community-oriented framework, connecting with clients both virtually and through integrated services in primary care settings. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality clinical services to children and families, employing evidence-based treatment models and adhering to best practice standards. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate collaboration with educational institutions, social services, and other care providers to ensure coordinated and effective support for clients. You will play a crucial role in building interdisciplinary teams that include natural supports to enhance care delivery and outcomes.

• Provide ongoing assistance and education to empower clients in managing their own health and wellness, including navigating available resources to fulfill their fundamental needs and enhance their autonomy.

• Monitor assigned clients for compliance with legal requirements, particularly in cases involving Legal Resource Advocates (LRA). You will facilitate communication with court personnel and help determine when extension or revocation of LRA is necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on children and families within the Spokane community, particularly those experiencing challenges related to mental health, economic hardship, or social determinants of health. Many of our clients come from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, offering you the chance to apply culturally competent practices and support individuals facing unique life circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is mandatory, with a requirement for LICSW licensure. Three or more years of relevant experience in a clinical capacity are essential for this role.

• Specialized knowledge in integrating behavioral health within primary care settings is preferred, although we are willing to provide training for those who need it.

• Demonstrated expertise with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance processes, along with the ability to navigate funding resources for clients effectively.

• A successful history of relating to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and treating them with sensitivity and respect.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with the specific challenges faced by unhoused populations and the ability to connect individuals with available resources is highly valuable.

• Experience in employing various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care practices, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
