Job Description

Job Title: Wood Assembly / Fabricator

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Assemblers/Fabricators to build wooden shipping crates and pallets in a fast-paced production environment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on assembly experience and be comfortable using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Assemble wooden crates and pallets according to specifications
Use nail guns, hammers, drills, and other hand tools safely and efficiently
Read measurements and follow basic production instructions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Meet production and quality standards

Qualifications

Previous assembly or production experience required
Experience assembling products such as furniture, sheds, TV stands, or similar items preferred
Comfortable using nail guns, drills, and hammers
Reliable transportation required
Steel toe boots required
Ability to work overtime as needed
Must pass a pre-employment math test, drug screen, and background check
