Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status to inform treatment planning.

• Develop personalized therapy strategies that are tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling or psychotherapy, preferably with exposure to outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
