We are hiring a Founding GTM Engineer to own the systems that find, reach, and convert our buyers. You will build the engine and run it yourself, and you will be measured on pipeline and revenue, not activity.

What You'll Do

• Own Virio's outbound and top-of-funnel engine end to end: ICP definition, targeting, enrichment, scoring, routing, and sequencing across email, LinkedIn, and events.

• Build and maintain the GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot, n8n or code, AI agents) so every motion runs with leverage, not headcount.

• Turn executive content and engagement into pipeline: capture warm signals and route them to the right conversation fast.

• Treat content as part of the sequence: orchestrate executive and employee content across Virio and wire it into outbound so every post feeds pipeline.

• Run fast experiments on messaging, channels, and offers, and kill what does not convert.

• Own GTM data and attribution so every meeting and dollar traces back to its source.

• Personally book and work strategic opportunities alongside the CEO and AEs.

• Report directly to the CEO and set the GTM playbook as we scale.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years in GTM, RevOps, growth, or outbound, with a pipeline or revenue number you personally owned.

• You build the systems yourself: deep Clay experience, plus automation (n8n, Make) and ideally Python or SQL.

• You have run outbound for B2B SaaS and know founders, CMOs, and revenue leaders as buyers.

• AI-native (required): you use AI every day and have shipped AI-powered GTM workflows in production, not just tried the tools.

• You think in funnels and conversion rates, and tie every system to revenue.

• You treat content as a GTM channel, not a separate function, and have built outbound that runs on it.

• You write well. Your outreach does not sound like everyone else's.

Bonus Points

• You founded or ran a GTM, outbound, or Clay agency, or were an early GTM hire at a top GTM company.

• You are a former founder.

• You understand LinkedIn and executive content as a revenue channel.

• You have grown a LinkedIn account (yours or an executive's) to 10K+ followers.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. 6 days in the office.
