Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health through one-on-one virtual sessions, identifying underlying issues, diagnoses, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that are evidence-based, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, ensuring clients are supported in learning effective coping mechanisms and life skills necessary for their recovery.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to record progress and maintain accurate documentation in adherence to ethical guidelines and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Offer appropriate referrals for clients needing additional services, such as psychiatric evaluations or intensive substance use treatment.

• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality while building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and eating disorders. You will often engage with individuals navigating significant life changes or facing substance abuse challenges. Your expertise in culturally sensitive practices and individualized support will be critical in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is essential for this role.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated clinical skills in diverse settings.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methods, and the ability to provide culturally competent care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
