Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, formulate clinical diagnoses, and establish treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing various therapeutic modalities to meet clients' specific goals.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, including comprehensive treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical assessments, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Calm Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus.
