Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and confidential assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and strengths.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, ensuring that interventions align with each client’s unique goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms, applying best practices in therapeutic techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies in a calm and supportive manner.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while documenting treatment plans and progress notes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
