About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to lead the growth of our Laboratory Products & Services business. This is a remote, field-based role responsible for developing new business, expanding existing hospital accounts, and building long-term relationships with healthcare organizations.

Although this is a national role, the majority of our current customers are located throughout New Jersey and New York, making candidates based in the NY/NJ area highly preferred.

This is a unique opportunity to serve as the Vertical Lead for our laboratory business. As the organization grows, this individual will have the opportunity to help build and mentor a sales team while continuing to manage strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive revenue growth.
• Drive new business while expanding existing hospital and laboratory accounts.
• Build strong relationships with laboratory leadership, pathology, hematology, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• Sell a broad portfolio of laboratory products, consumables, disposables, equipment, laboratory services, equipment calibration, maintenance services, and customized medical/laboratory kitting solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
• Partner with internal sales support resources to maximize territory growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:
• Laboratory products
• Scientific products
• Laboratory equipment
• Medical laboratory supplies
• Laboratory consumables/disposables
• Laboratory services
• Scientific or laboratory product distribution
• Proven success selling into hospitals, healthcare systems, hospital laboratories, or clinical laboratory environments.
• Strong experience developing new business while growing existing customer relationships.
• Ability to build relationships with laboratory leadership and hospital procurement teams.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote, field-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with pathology, hematology, microbiology, or other hospital laboratory departments.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment services, calibration, preventive maintenance, or customized kitting solutions.
• Existing relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems throughout New Jersey and New York.
• Previous experience leading sales initiatives or mentoring team members.
