Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, tailoring treatment plans to meet the distinct needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base ranging from children to adults, presenting a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach and tailored treatment strategies will be essential in building trust and initiating meaningful therapeutic relationships with your clients.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid New Jersey state license, such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, allowing you to assess client needs and implement effective treatment plans.
