The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll accounting, general ledger postings, account reconciliations, Workday Payroll, and financial controls. Responsibilities Perform payroll accounting and general ledger postings Conduct payroll and bank reconciliations Support payroll funding and settlement activities Investigate and resolve payroll accounting discrepancies Assist with month-end close activities Support Workday payroll testing and system updates Maintain compliance with payroll controls and audit requirements Partner with Payroll, Finance, HR, and Banking teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 3+ years of payroll accounting or payroll operations experience Experience with Workday Payroll preferred Strong general ledger and reconciliation experience Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Experience with SAP, payroll systems, or banking reconciliations is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
