Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through virtual sessions and in the community.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and improve outcomes for clients.

• Engage respectfully with individuals from various backgrounds, adapting approaches to meet their unique cultural and personal needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that include appropriate assessments, interventions, and follow-up services.

• Deliver brief, evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individual client needs, including crisis intervention when necessary.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to ensure compliance with professional and organizational standards.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular follow-ups, reassessments, and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Participate in on-call coverage to provide emergency support to clients when required.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and agency committees to enhance service delivery.

The LCSW will be primarily serving clients with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
