Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy tailored to client needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans while monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, within our group practice to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to families in acute distress, helping to stabilize situations and resolve conflicts in a compassionate manner.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to maintain high engagement levels, ensuring consistent and timely communication with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with children and families, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in supporting clients through sensitive life situations and helping them achieve personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active state license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services, with a specific focus on children and families, is mandatory.
