Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, using evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances, ensuring an innovative and personalized approach to care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating various therapeutic techniques - including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - to promote healing.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care and support for each client.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the therapeutic process, enhancing their understanding and fostering a supportive recovery environment.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality is always prioritized.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
