Work Environment\n

Our innovative remote work environment allows for flexibility and adaptability, offering our Social Workers the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes while ensuring a high standard of care. Regular communication between team members via virtual platforms facilitates collaboration and support. We operate from Monday to Friday, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but flexibility is essential as evening or weekend hours may arise to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, taking into account emotional, mental, and social factors, which aids in creating comprehensive care plans.

• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their family members that reflect their specific goals and life circumstances.

• Provide counseling and emotional support, helping clients navigate the complexities of aging, transitions, and family dynamics.

• Advocate for clients to ensure they are receiving appropriate support and access to vital community resources tailored to their needs.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and healthcare professionals, to coordinate services that enhance the quality of care provided to seniors.

• Perform regular client visits to monitor well-being, assess living conditions, and proactively address any safety concerns.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 60,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
