This position will be fully remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that accommodates your personal and professional needs. While the primary duties can be performed from your home office, some evening and weekend hours may be required to better serve our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals and intervention strategies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Perform crisis intervention as well as risk assessments, and create comprehensive safety plans when necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation to meet ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to enhance coping skills and support recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Servicing a diverse array of clients, our caseload includes individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with children, adolescents, adults, and families, all of whom bring unique backgrounds and experiences to the therapy process. This role will require cultural competence and an empathetic approach in assisting clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
