Work Environment\n

This role will be performed remotely, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with patients. As a fully digital practice, Clear Pathway Counseling Services provides a flexible work environment that allows professionals to manage their schedules while meeting the needs of their patients effectively. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient care outside these hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed based on their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities suitable for individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing a platform for patients to explore common mental health concerns and fostering a sense of community.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for every patient.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
