Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' specific needs, establishing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families through a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote community connection and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively supporting clients during acute psychological emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant resources within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population encompassing different ages and backgrounds, primarily focusing on individuals struggling with mental health disorders. This includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress related to life transitions, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in fostering an environment of trust and empathy, vital for effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid and current licensed therapy credential, such as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
