Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking passionate educators to step into two contract positions as onsite Special Education Teachers for the upcoming school year, located in the Forest Lake, MN area. These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact, providing both early childhood and K-5 resource support within elementary settings. The positions run from early September 2026 through early June 2027, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license with dual certification in Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Special Education (EC SpEd & ES SpEd)
• Experience supporting diverse learners in both early childhood and elementary environments is highly valued
• Ability to manage and adapt to a dynamic caseload across age groups
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Must provide a current resume and a PDF of active MN teaching license with required certifications upon applying

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve students in both an Early Childhood and K-5 resource capacity within an elementary school setting (approximately half your day in each area)
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to ensure inclusive learning environments
• Employ varied instructional strategies to address a range of academic and behavioral needs
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
