Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with clients focusing on relational and family issues.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of clients.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients in addressing challenges such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and grief.

• Providing support and guidance to individuals facing life transitions, including separation and divorce.
\n
• Engaging in continuous evaluation and adjustment of therapeutic strategies to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.

• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a variety of patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will focus on therapeutic needs related to:

• Physical and psychological abuse.

\n
• Family conflicts and sibling issues.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Oregon.
\n
