Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing standardized screening tools to gather detailed histories and identify presenting concerns.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ specific needs, aspirations, and behavioral health goals.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions—both individual and group formats—by employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create a cohesive treatment environment and ensure continuity of care for clients.

• Educate clients' families by providing insights into mental health issues and recovery processes, empowering them to support their loved ones effectively.

Qualifications\n
