This fully remote, full-time position allows you to offer critical mental health support to clients in need from the comfort of your home. Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, offering a flexible working environment where you can manage your own schedule. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will have the option to work full-time (over 30 hours per week) or part-time (over 5 hours per week). Our center focuses predominantly on stable, low-acuity adult clients who benefit from supportive counseling. Your expertise will help them navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

  A current state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD, indicating your qualifications to practice without supervision.

  No history of disciplinary actions against your licensing.

  Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools and a stable Wi-Fi connection to support remote therapy sessions.

  Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust, empathy, and effective communication with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While it is essential to have a Master’s degree, we also value additional experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies. Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs will set you apart as an ideal candidate.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on the hours worked. In addition to a high salary, we provide a sign-on bonus, health insurance, and additional benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
