Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s individual mental health concerns and needs.

• Designing tailored treatment plans based on client assessments, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Offering both in-person and teletherapy options to cater to clients’ preferences, ensuring accessibility for individuals facing challenges in their everyday environments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will primarily include adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid mental health license in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to build rapport with clients, utilizing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in outpatient settings and specialization in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention will be highly regarded. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
