You will support accounts payable operations, invoice processing, data entry, and vendor-related accounting tasks. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to accounting systems, process improvements, and career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Process and enter vendor invoices accurately. Support accounts payable and accounting operations. Assist with invoice coding and job-related accounting tasks. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support union-related invoice processing. Utilize accounting systems and technology tools. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors. Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed.
