Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health diagnoses, tailoring individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, facilitating sessions that include individual, family, and group therapies.

• Document case notes, ongoing assessments, and treatment plan reviews in compliance with Huckeye’s policies to ensure continuity of care.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients towards recovery and personal growth.

• Employ innovative, evidence-based interventions to promote client engagement and success, finding new ways to help them meet and surpass their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate dynamically with case managers, medical personnel, and family members, ensuring comprehensive support and service coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will emphasize working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families confronting mental health issues or addiction. You will encounter individuals from various backgrounds, requiring a culturally sensitive approach to therapy that acknowledges and honors their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• You must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
