Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Valley Point Healthcare, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing positive relationships based on trust and respect.

• Conducting regular sessions to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clients remain informed about their goals and next steps.

• Developing and implementing personalized, person-centered treatment plans, and actively collaborating with clients to promote their engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity in care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Engaging consistently in individual supervision to enhance your professional skills and ensure best practices in therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to provide holistic care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position requires a focus on youth and young adults who may be experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients present a wide range of needs, and you will be instrumental in delivering individualized support to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. You will work collaboratively with clients and their families to foster resilience, strength, and healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) recognized in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
