Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments using standardized assessment tools and interviews to gather comprehensive data on clients' mental health concerns and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy via our secure telehealth platform, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care methods.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, including specific therapeutic interventions and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients during moments of acute distress.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and community support groups to engage clients and foster a sense of community among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
