Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs of clients and their families, identifying challenges and areas for support.

• Provide both one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of patients facing end-of-life transitions, using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate emotional support and resources.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, incorporating feedback and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

• Educate clients and their families about available community resources and tools to assist with their emotional, social, and practical needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
