Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of patients to inform treatment planning and goal setting.

• Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Administering psychotherapy to a diverse patient demographic, addressing complex issues related to terminal illness, grief, and mental health.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Oasis’s internal standards.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and continuous improvement of service delivery.

• Educating patients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources to facilitate informed choices.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through case consultations and peer reviews to enhance quality care and clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on patients facing the emotional and psychological challenges associated with hospice care. You will engage with individuals experiencing significant life transitions, including terminal illness diagnoses and end-of-life issues, providing them and their families with compassionate support, coping strategies, and mental health resources tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license to practice in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on counseling or therapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of therapeutic interventions, particularly solution-oriented techniques.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for building relationships and trust with patients and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year , reflecting the valuing of your expertise and dedication.
