Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling to clients facing terminal illness, facilitating emotional and social support for patients and their families.

• Engage with clients through comprehensive interviews to gather, assess, and interpret vital social, personal, and health-related information necessary to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to meet the complex emotional needs inherent in hospice care, including addressing grief and loss.

• Design group therapy activities and support programs that enhance clients' coping strategies and emotional support systems.

• Utilize evidence-based cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions to encourage positive mental health outcomes.

• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships characterized by trust, empathy, and mutual respect, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies, making necessary adjustments to enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
