Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and provide clinical care with proficiency, ensuring all patients receive the highest standard of mental health support.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, perform comprehensive assessments, and maintain accurate treatment logs that reflect patient progress.

• Manage a diverse caseload of patients presenting with various psychological needs, utilizing advanced clinical skills to guide treatment plans.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to assess needs and develop customized intervention strategies that lead to successful outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support, employing appropriate strategies to address urgent situations while maintaining patient safety and dignity.

• Deliver personalized counseling services, including individual, conjoint, and family therapy, to cater to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing alignment with their evolving psychological needs.

• Conduct mental health evaluations as part of the patient's care structure, detailing findings and recommendations within patient documentation.

• Create and update strategic outlines and progress summaries for patients, providing educational and supportive resources to clients and their families to enhance community wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves a broad spectrum of patients—ranging from adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults managing complex behavioral health issues. Our counselors work collaboratively with individuals from various backgrounds, establishing trusting relationships and delivering tailored therapeutic interventions that meet the specific requirements of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as either an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with documentation practices and treatment frameworks pertinent to the healthcare industry would be advantageous. Proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $135,000 per year for full-time roles, with additional bonus opportunities based on licensure.

• Part-time options are available, allowing for flexibility in work schedules.

• Sign-on bonus of up to $1,500, with potential for additional bonuses totaling up to $2,000 yearly based on performance and licensure.
