Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, resources, and strengths, while focusing on their emotional and psychological wellbeing during end-of-life transitions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to address complex mental health issues.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals, adapting interventions as necessary.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that emphasize coping skills, emotional expression, and support among clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
