Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to address complex mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; candidates with advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
