• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy to enhance client healing and promote resilience.

• Develop and document comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that establish clear goals, interventions, and progress tracking.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure well-coordinated and effective care.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring a supportive environment for clients in distress.

• Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate psychoeducational classes that enrich the therapeutic community experience.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
