Work Environment\n

This fully remote position allows therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes, providing services through a secure video chat platform. Our user-friendly technology ensures all tools necessary for therapy are included, eliminating the need for third-party applications. You have full control over your schedule; working as few as 5 hours to more than 40 hours per week based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 45-minute therapy sessions focused on solution-based approaches for clients facing various mental health challenges.

• Utilize a user-friendly platform that minimizes administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on client care rather than paperwork.

• Engage with clients through video conferencing, establishing a therapeutic relationship that encourages open dialogue and personal growth.

• Collaborate with clients to determine therapy duration, typically comprising less than 24 sessions per individual.

• Participate actively in professional development and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our typical clients often experience challenges such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), relationship issues, and grief related to loss. Notably, 70% of our caseload consists of young females under the age of 35, presenting a unique opportunity to engage with and support this demographic in their mental health journeys. Client acuity is generally low, with no cases involving severe mental illness or substance abuse.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Independently licensed in the state of Texas as one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPA-IP.

• Access to a functioning smartphone and computer to facilitate remote sessions.
\n
• Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapy platforms are preferred attributes that will help candidates succeed in this role. Prior experience handling a diverse client demographic and employing effective therapeutic modalities will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The total annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, contingent upon the number of hours worked each week. Additionally, we provide:
