This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations, and provide treatment recommendations to primary care providers.

• Engage in brief, focused interventions with patients seeking mental health services, ensuring that they feel supported and understood.

• Provide ongoing follow-up to patients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies to assist patients in maintaining stability and achieving their treatment goals.

• Detect and create action plans for at-risk patients to prevent escalation of their mental health challenges.
\n
• Coordinate behavioral health care services, linking patients with external treatment providers as needed, with their consent.
\n
• Document patient progress and treatment plans meticulously in compliance with established guidelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.

• Advise primary care providers on the appropriate course of care for patients, determining when a referral to specialty mental health facilities is warranted.

• Educate patients on self-management skills and promote healthy lifestyle choices that enhance their overall well-being.

• Collaborate with clinic management and team members to evaluate outcomes and improve service delivery.

• Support patients in adhering to medical treatments initiated by primary care providers, including strategies for managing medication side effects.

• Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned, contributing to the clinic's overall mission and objectives.

Qualifications\n
