Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to accurately diagnose and manage a range of psychiatric disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Write detailed clinical reports and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client assessments and needs.

• Document all patient interactions and progress diligently, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and statutory reporting requirements.

• Engage in comprehensive consultations, effectively communicating and coordinating care strategies with both patients and other healthcare providers.

• Create individualized treatment plans that follow standard practice guidelines, providing psychotherapy, supportive counseling, and educational resources for clients.

• Provide on-call crisis services and emergency consultations as required during standard working hours.
\n
• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, assessing mental health history, and addressing issues such as criminal and substance abuse backgrounds.

• Evaluate clients' suicide risk with clinical precision, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and therapeutic sessions, even in challenging environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on providing mental health services to mothers, recognizing their unique challenges and the importance of social support. Understanding the common socioeconomic factors affecting mental health, you will strive to address barriers by offering culturally relevant insights and compassionate care, particularly for underrepresented groups in the medical field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution is essential.

• Holders of an independent license for mental health practice in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) are required.

• Proficient in managing a substantial caseload while intermingling effectively with large healthcare providers and support teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Connect Deeper Counseling Center, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
