As a Remote Telehealth Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health support to individuals, couples, and families using technology to connect and deliver care.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while establishing secure and confidential connections with your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans that encompass both therapeutic and community resources.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy across various platforms including video teleconferencing and secure messaging systems.

• Facilitate therapeutic support groups and psychoeducational workshops, encouraging community-building and shared learning among clients facing similar mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care, regularly attending team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, helping clients navigate acute mental health emergencies through a composed, actionable approach.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards for patient confidentiality.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health therapies, actively pursuing continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adults and are often seeking support for a wide variety of mental health challenges. Your work will primarily focus on those experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, trauma responses, and substance use issues, collaborating closely with clients from diverse backgrounds and with unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is essential.
\n
• Strong theoretical understanding of mental health disorders, evidenced by experience in delivering diverse modalities of therapy.

• Proven ability to conduct mental health evaluations and design effective treatment interventions tailored to client needs.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to a wide-ranging clientele.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing strong therapeutic relationships.

• A commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and common telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred.

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar environment will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
