Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the principles of physical therapy, ensuring measurable progress toward recovery.
• Oversee and guide the work of Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, and interns, ensuring they deliver care that meets the highest standards.
• Engage with patients in therapeutic exercises, utilizing various techniques and modalities to facilitate their recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment regimens, and outcomes in adherence to regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on government regulations surrounding outpatient physical therapy to ensure compliance and incorporate best practices into patient care.
• Attend regular team meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population who may present with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
