Work Environment

At Rehab Innovate PT Clinic, you will work onsite in a well-equipped rehabilitation facility designed to foster healing and recovery. You'll collaborate closely with a talented team of two other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all sharing a common goal of enhancing patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and requirements, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, providing focused attention and tailored therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based methods to deliver cost-effective treatments that enhance patients' mobility and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, including various techniques to optimize recovery.
• Teach patients tailored fitness and wellness programs, emphasizing proactive approaches to health.
• Use advanced manual therapy techniques to facilitate pain relief and improvement in mobility.
• Track patient progress through regular evaluations, maintaining clear communication throughout their care journey.
• Document all care services provided consistently and accurately to ensure continuity of care.
• Encourage a balanced lifestyle through strength training, flexibility exercises, and coordination activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, predominantly those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions requiring rehabilitation. You will be instrumental in guiding individuals from various backgrounds on their journey to recovery, tailoring treatments to facilitate swift recovery while minimizing pain and functional restrictions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• A history of an unblemished professional record, free from board or disciplinary action.
• Strong manual therapy skills and the ability to develop effective exercise protocols are crucial.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, especially WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic outpatient clinical settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in implementing patient-centered rehabilitation programs.
• Experience collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
