Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with a focus on orthopedic conditions, utilizing both clinical assessments and diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance recovery, alleviate pain, and restore function.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-management strategies to foster independence and support continued recovery.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensuring comprehensive patient service.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, documenting progress, treatment modifications, and outcomes to inform ongoing care strategies.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer feedback to foster your growth and skill enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will predominantly work with individuals recovering from a variety of orthopedic conditions such as fractures, joints replacements, ligament injuries, and sports-related injuries. Our patients range from young athletes to elderly individuals, and you will be essential in providing tailored rehabilitation aimed at restoring their mobility and functionality.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; however, a Master's degree is preferred.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including internships or residencies, with a strong emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• In-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology, particularly relating to injury mechanisms and rehabilitation strategies.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and evidence-based practice approaches.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a busy rehabilitation setting is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients and engage in effective communication to enhance patient compliance and outcomes.
• A history of collaboration within a multidisciplinary team setting to achieve optimal patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 90,000 and USD 120,000 , dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
