Work Environment

This position is full-time and offers an onsite work setting, primarily based in our patients' homes throughout the Melbourne area. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality orthopedic physical therapy services, tailored to the specific needs of patients of varying ages, from children to seniors, fully committed to their rehabilitation journey.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities, reviewing their medical histories and defining their rehabilitation goals to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based practices in your physical therapy sessions, utilizing specialized equipment and techniques designed to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Guide and supervise patients through a variety of therapeutic exercises, ensuring correct methodologies are applied and adjusting plans as necessary based on their progress.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, including referring physicians and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure that treatment plans align with medical advice and follow-ups.
• Educate patients and their families on preventative strategies, instructing them on home exercises and activities that can facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited institution with a master's degree in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
