Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite, allowing you to work closely with patients in their homes, where they feel most comfortable. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their individual needs and create tailored treatment plans that align with physical therapy best practices.
• Implement specific treatment programs utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities, exercises, and techniques designed to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Oversee the work of Physical Therapy Assistants and collaborate with Rehabilitation Technicians, ensuring that appropriate clinical direction is provided.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercise techniques, and strategies to enhance participation in their recovery journey.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a comprehensive manner, adhering to federal and state regulations governing physical therapy.
• Mentor junior staff members, including students and volunteers, ensuring they adhere to best practices in patient care while enhancing their professional skills.

Qualifications

• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in Florida, ensuring compliance with state mandates.

• An attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
