Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and diagnoses, ensuring all interventions align with best practices in physical therapy.
• Implement effective therapeutic strategies that utilize comprehensive clinical knowledge in various techniques, including but not limited to trigger point therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, clinical services, billing processes, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients, their families, and team members to foster a collaborative approach to rehabilitation and recovery.
• Adhere rigorously to all regulatory standards, including HIPAA requirements and billing guidelines, to ensure compliance and safeguard patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will work with a diverse patient population, including both adult and pediatric clients requiring rehabilitation services due to various physical conditions, injuries, and post-operative care. Your expertise will guide them along their recovery journey, providing support and motivation as they strive to regain their functional capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with preference given to candidates possessing a Master's degree or Doctorate in the field.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist License is mandatory to practice in our facility.
• Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess and treat a range of physical conditions.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques and other relevant rehabilitation methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital or rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits
