Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including gait analysis, strength evaluation, and functional mobility assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, and exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs.
• Diligently document patient progress, modifications to treatment plans, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on patient goals.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness using established metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to maximize patient outcomes and minimize discomfort or physical limitations.
• Guide patients through rehabilitative exercises and educate them on techniques to prevent future injuries, enhancing their long-term health and mobility.
• Facilitate discharges from therapy when goals are met, providing comprehensive aftercare advice and referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
