Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of early childhood development milestones in alignment with the Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies to support each child’s unique needs, ensuring inclusion and accessibility in learning.
\n
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multi-disciplinary teams to monitor progress, adjusting strategies based on real-time feedback and outcomes.
\n
• Provide counseling and support to families, helping them navigate challenges effectively and empowering them with resources and skills for optimal child development.
\n
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing early intervention services, ensuring ethical practices in all interactions.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles to inform the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

• Champion coaching models and natural environment teaching approaches, enhancing the overall learning experience for both children and parents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on supporting infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work directly with children and their families in a school setting, employing a relationship-based approach to ensure each child's growth trajectory is positive and sustained.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, signifying advanced competence in this field.

• A valid LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health is essential.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license is necessary for potential travel to service sites.

• A minimum of one year experience in early intervention or a related field, working with children, is required to ensure familiarity with current practices.
