Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to assess their mental health needs while utilizing evidence-based metrics.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that accurately reflect client goals and therapeutic needs.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to facilitate meaningful client progress.

• Facilitate crisis intervention where necessary, employing empathy and expertise to address client emergencies effectively.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences focused on best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity clients who have undergone pre-screening, ensuring that you can dedicate your therapeutic efforts to those who will benefit most from your interventions. This population often includes individuals experiencing mild anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and your role will be crucial in guiding them toward mental resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Active mental health counselor license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) valid in California.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; Master’s or Doctoral degrees in Social Work, Counseling, or related disciplines are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance that covers medical, dental, and vision; matching retirement contributions; and paid vacation and holidays.
